Well a good undegrad GPA does make a difference.......

So does decent experience (I'm banking on that).

Eventually, it also depends on what applicant pool you belong to..........

I fall in the Indian applicant category so, my scores arent that great for the pool.

But my experience is significantly different from most Indian applicants (I'm not an IT/software guy).

Finally, if you interview well and can put in good work in ur apps, you should be OK.

I know of people who can score in the 700's but are duds when it comes to interviewing......
