Just finished with my GMAt yesterday... and scored 680( Q49, V 33).. :( ..
I am aiming for the top 10 B-Schools......
I am having around 4 years experience and working with a reputed IB..... but i am in to IT... :( ...
I would appreciate if anybody can help me out ... in improving my verbal :help2 ...... i know verbal is my weak point.... i did OG11, Kaplan, and princeton.... and scored almost same in Gmat Prep..
GmatPrep1 (700, Q51, V 34)
GmatPrep2 (640, Q 48, V 33)..

Please-2 help me out in improving my verbal as i m planning to retake in Sep 1st week only......
Can anybody please explain ..... how much role GMAT score plays in getting financial aid?

For Indian, IT, and top 10 schools, I would retake it and at least get 720 or higher.

Verbal is your weakness, so get the Manhattan SC, RC, CR books (see which ones you missed the most questions on) and study them!!! They're awesome books!

I would stick with those first, maybe Kaplan 800 Verbal and GMAT Verbal Workout?
