Best of luck! I think it was wise of you to work a couple more years because, frankly, with only 2 years of WE, it's going to be a steep hill for you to climb against those with 4 or 5 years of quality WE. As long as this new job provides you new insight and additional qualifications, you'll be fine. Your academic records are awesome, and personally speaking, I would move both UNC and Georgetown to safety and put Dartmouth Tuck on there.

Agree with bakfed, so many of the schools on your list will be safeties with your numbers. Take a few shots higher!
