740 with low quant (79 %ile) - good/ bad?

Hi i just gave the gmat and scored 740 on it. However, my quant score is 49 with a percentile of 79. Verbal score is 41 and 94 percentile.
How much weightage do adcoms give to sectional scores? Is 79 too low, do I need to book another slot or is this score worth taking a shot?
This score was surprising to me since in all mock tests so far, i've been scoring in later 90s in quant. Was expecting much better than this..

I think 49 is very competitive.
