Hello,
I believe you’re a
competitive applicant for INSEAD (Jan 2015 intake) and other top programs. With a
great application, you would have a reasonable shot. That said, it will depend in part on details of your work experience. It looks strong based on your info, but would want to see an outstanding track record in your previous job. Also it depends on the specifics of your current venture and how substantial it is. I also note that for European programs, your experience is on the short side, so in the applications be sure to show that you have the maturity, perspective, and thoughtfulness to contribute equally to accomplished classmates with several more years of experience.
As an entrepreneur, also consider explaining how the business will be handled while you in school. Full-time MBA programs will expect you to participate in activities beyond school during your studies, but they don’t expect that you will be able to handle full-time professional demands while attending the program (even if you believe you can do so). If they think you plan to operate your business full-time while in school, it could raise concerns.
