8 points lie on the circumference of a circle. What is the positive difference between the number of triangles and the number of quadrilaterals that can be formed by connecting these points.

No. of triangles = 8C3 = 56
No. of Quadrilaterals = 8C4 = 70
Hence the diff= 14

8C4+7C4+6C4+5C4+4C4 = 126

No of Triangles =
8C3+7C3+6C3+5C3+4C3+3C3 = 1190

Difference = 1064

is it 14, 8C4-8C3= 70-56=14 BUT is the question like the difference between quadrilaterals and triangles or the other way round
