Hello friends,

After giving up last year, I've renewed my interest to take the GMAT. I want to make sure before I begin studying in 2 days that I have the right books. Please feel free to add any comments that may help! Particularly, are there any books I should avoid? If so, what's a better alternative?

(a friend also donated to me his MGMAT Advanced Quant and PowerScore's CR Bible)

Hi! Congratulations on your second push for the GMAT.
I think the books are great and right - you have all the resources you should have.

I would make sure you don't jump into all directions and don't try to pursue multiple books at the same time yet schedule yourself to cover all of the materials (MGMAT Guides/OG) within 3 months.

You probably saw my study plan suggestion but just in case: gmat-study-plan-for-gmat-novices-start-your-gmat-journey-80727.html

Good luck!
BB.
