$$16*24- 15*10$$ $$= 384-150= 234$$ Ans B

Area of rectangle = (base)(height)
So, area of frame = (16)(24) = 384
And area of picture = (10)(15) = 150

(area of picture) + (area not covered by picture) = area of frame
We get: (150) + (area not covered by picture) = 384
So (area not covered by picture) = 234
