1) c -b =b-a
2) a= c

IS b * a/ 100 > c * b/100 or

IS ab > bc or
IS a > c {b is +ve integer and can be cancelled}

S1:
a + c = 2b
insufficient
a can be equal to c or not equal to c

S2:
a = c ans false
