First I put the information given in correct order.

It´s A C D B

Then I drew the lines on a piece of paper.

A--------------------------------B 20
A---------6 C---------D(7)--------B 14
A--------------------D 6+7= 13

So in my opinion it should be 13.

But I don´t know if there is a faster way to do it.
