$$\frac{21C_6}{21C_5}$$ = $$\frac{(21*20*19*18*17*16)}{6*5*4*3*2*1}$$*$$\frac{(5*4*3*2*1)}{21*20*19*18*17}$$ = $$\frac{16}{6}$$ or $$\frac{8}{3}$$
