And the next 9 contestants ate at least 20 burgers each. What is the maximum number of burgers that the winner has consumed to win the contest.

lets take min values for each contestant details given;
so 15 contestants i.e 3/5 ate 15*15=225 burgers
9 ate 9*20 = 180 burgers
so out of 450- (180+225)= 45 is the max burger winner has consumed IMO B
