Q1 - 23% were trucks ie 46 Trucks (double the number)
Q2 - 15% were trucks ie 30 Trucks (double the number)
Q3 - 25% were trucks ie 50 Trucks (double the number)
Total trucks that year 25% of 200*4 is 200 Trucks
So, Trucks in Q4=200-46-30-50 which is 74 Trucks.

A less time consuming way would be..
overall 25%, so 4th Q or Q4 should cover up for 25-23 and 25-15, so Q4 = $$25+(25-23) + (25-15) = 25+2+10=37$$
37% of 200 = 74

25percent of 800 -( (23+15+25) percent of 200)=74
