Speed for 1st mile = 60mph
which means 60 miles in 60 minutes,
which means 1 mile in 1 minute.

second mile takes 1 second less. therefore 59 seconds for second mile.

1 mile- 59 sec
Implies-> 60/59 miles in 1 minute.
Implies-> (60*60)/59 miles in 1 hr. which is the speed in mph.

My version:

time for the second mile in hours= 1/60-1/3600=59/3600
speed=1 mile/time = 3600/59
