r=20
So, the diameter is 40

$$πr^2 = 10*2πr$$

Or, $$r = 20$$ , Hence, Answer must be (C)

Let's review it again.

Square of the circle = πr^2. Circumference = 2πr.

From the question stem, Square is 10x Circumference
πr^2 = 10*2πr (divide by πr)
r = 20. BUT we are asked about the diameter. So d=2r=2*20=40
