Let's find what percent of the budget was spent on transportation: 100-(63+12+6+5+4)=10.

Since, the whole circle is 360 degrees then sector of transportation, which is 10%, should account for 0.1*360=36 degrees.

100 % = 360 Degree

Hence 10 % = 36 degree
