Should be E.
The last part of the sentence is an appositive modifying "collection". saurya is right about parallellism and you can see that only E omits any kind of pronoun to replace "collection". This is how you should look at the question:

A collection [...],
1- the first book by a Black woman
and

A and B use pronoun "it" which is unnecessary whereas C and D misplace "only" and also add wordiness with "one".
