First digit = 1-9 = 9 options

second digit = 1-9 except the 1st digit = 8 options

Similarly third digit = 1-9 except 1st and 2nd digit = 7 options

4th digit = 109 except 1st 2nd and 3rd option = 6 options

Total possible employees = total possible such numbers possible = 9*8*7*6= 3024 - Option C
