Its between A & C.I am not sure between like and as, though I would pick as.
We can skip BDE since they use keep as a verb which is incorrect for the singular noun.
Can you please post the OA?

For me, it's C.
as..is preferred here and so B / C but B uses keep for singular ..interest rate...and so B is out.

IMO B...

There are multiple factors, hence "keep" and "as" does the right comparison here.. :)
