great trap! B is really the answer, "a conclusion" is not necessary the conclusion of the main argument established by the author.

Shareholders had previously been worried about the company's stock price, but are now relieved since increasing dividends generally boosts a company's stock price.

Conclusion: increasing dividend will increase the stock price.

BF1: Provide evidence in support of above conclusion.
BF2: Gives a reason for questioning that support.

Imo C should be the answer
