What is the source of this question? Here the argument is asking to weakening the conclusion. So option A talks about some computers not running the more quickly so option A is out. B talks about cost which is not part of the argument. option D talks about the sales of the company which is irrelevant and E talks about the speed of the new system which is a supporting statement. So POE the option C is the answer.
