$$L+S = 55$$

$$L = 2*S^2$$

$$2S^2+S-55 = 0$$
Solving gives, S = 5 or -11/2
S is positive integer. Hence S = 5
Then, L = 50.
L is divided into two equal half.
Length of each half = 25
