\(L+S = 55\)

\(L = 2*S^2\)

\(2S^2+S-55 = 0\)
Solving gives, S = 5 or -11/2
S is positive integer. Hence S = 5
Then, L = 50.
L is divided into two equal half.
Length of each half = 25

D is the answer.
