Let amount of increase each year be x.
height at the end of 1st year 4+x
height at end if 2nd year is ..4+2x
height end of 4th year is ..4+4x
height at the end of 6th year is 4+6x

4+6x-4-4x=1/5(4+4x)
x=2/3
