B. what are the character traits common to persons who are liable to turning --> Two errors. Where Noun, how noun, What verb. 2nd error : Turn to violence is correct idiomatic usage.

C. the common character traits of persons who are liable to turn --> ||ism Error

D. the traits of character common to persons who are liable to turn --> ||ism Error

E. the traits of character that are common to persons who are liable to turn --> ||ism Error
