I was asked to take this one one by PM, so here I am! And as many have said, there are no correct answers here. Whoever wrote this question should be blocked from the site. As explanation:

A report by the Secret Service has concluded that much of the recently unfounded transgressions against which the White House is accused comes from the opposing political party.

A) much of the recently unfounded transgressions against which the White House is accused comes
PROBLEM: Transgressions are countable, so we need "many". Also, you can't be accused against a transgression. You must use the preposition "of" with "accuse". Also, they aren't "recently unfounded", as if they were "unfounded" (which isn't an verb; you can't "unfound" something) recently. We could have said "recent unfounded transgressions".

B) much of the recently unfounded transgressions that the White House is accused come
PROBLEM: Transgressions are countable, so we need "many". Also, you have to use the preposition "of" with "accuse". Same as above with "recently".

C) much of the transgressions that are recently unfounded and that the White House is accused of comes
PROBLEM: Transgressions are countable, so we need "many". Same as above with "recently".

D) many of the transgressions that are recently unfounded and the White House is accused of come
PROBLEM: Recently unfounded issue.

E) many of the recently unfounded accusations of which the White House is accused comes
PROBLEM: It should say "come" at the end. Recently unfounded issue.
