Commission for each notebook= 4% of 450 = 18
Commission for each pencil box =20% of 60 = 12

total commission of 10 notebooks and 6 pencil box for a day = (18*10)+(12*6)=180+72=252

In two weeks total commission = 252*14= 3528

Explanation:

Notebook Commission = 450*4 / 100 = 18
Pencil box Commission = 60*12 / 100 = 12

Commission earned per day for 10 notebooks and 6 pencil box = (18x10)+(12x6)
=180+72=252

For 2 weeks, Commission = 252x14= 3528

Commission of each notebook of Tk.450 at the rate of 4% = 450*(4/100) = 18
Commission of each pencil box of Tk.60 at the rate of 20% = 60*(20/100) = 12

Each day commission on 10 notebooks = 18 x 10 = 180
Each day commission on 6 pencil boxes = 6 x 12 = 72,
Each day total commission 180 + 72 = 252

In two weeks, total commission = 252 x 14 = 3528(E)

The commission the shopkeeper earns per day is:

450 x 0.04 x 10 + 60 x 0.2 x 6 = 180 + 72 = 252

So in two weeks, or 14 days, he earns:

252 x 14 = 3528
