A soft drink making company conducted a survey among 100 people to see the popularity of four

brands of cold drink namely pepsi, coca cola, slice and sprite. In the survey it was found that 88 people

drink pepsi, 83 people drink coca cola, 51 people drink slice and 37 people drink sprite.

a) What is the maximum number of people who drink exactly one out of the four brand?

i) 47 ii) 29 iii) 51 iv) 37

b) What is the maximum number of people who drink exactly two out of the four brand?

i) 51 ii) 38 iii) 70 iv) 71

c) What is the minimum number of people who drink at least three of the four brands?

ii) 49 ii) 29 iii) 30 iv) 15
