If we observe from the diagram there are 3 blocks at the beginning of the steps and it keeps increasing 3 blocks , the next one is 6 after that it is 9 blocks and then 12 blocks.

1 steps = 3+6+9+12 = 30 blocks

Therefore for 2 steps = 2*30 = 60 blocks.
