I lost somewhere, and need some detail explaination! Thanks!

D

total no of people vote (either for or against) = 96-25-3 = 58

Statement 1 : against = 1/3 * 96 = 32, For = 58-32 = 36...suff
statement 2 : For = 8 + 25 + 3 = 36 ... Suff

statement 2 : For = 8 + 25 + 3 = 36 ... Suff

Your solution is quite simple just correcting some typo stuff

total no of people vote (either for or against) = 96-25-3 = 68

Statement 1 : against = 1/3 * 96 = 32, For = 68-32 = 36...suff
statement 2 : For = 8 + 25 + 3 = 36 ... Suff
