IMO Ans:- B

Say Value of Stock = S.
Dividend = D.

We have to find D = ? % of S.

1. D<10%S.

So not an unique solution as it could be anything less than 10%.

2. D/share = $1.2 & Share = $60.
Substituting above values in D = ? % of S, we can achieve an unique answer.

So B.
