Given: A train travels at a constant rate.

Asked: If the train takes 13 minutes to travel m kilometers, how long will the train take to travel n kilometers?

Train travels 1 km in = 13/m minutes
Train will travel n km in 13n/m minutes

m km is travelled by train in 13 min

n km is travelled by train in 13*n/m min

ANswer: Option B

Bunuel: The question must mention "how long in Minutes"

Speed = distance/time

- Speed = m/13 km/min

- To travel n kms, time = d/t => n/(m/13) or 13n/m

Option B!
