Breaking Down the Info:

To go from B to O, we move left 2 and down 5. We repeat the process to find A, with the starting point being O. Then A = (0, -4).

Answer: C

The distance between points O and B is 25/4(distance equation((y1-y2)/(x1-x2))^2)
Since AB is the diameter, distance between A and O must also be 25/4.
Option C is correct.
