In the figure above, what is the perimeter of rectangle ABPQ?

(1) The area of rectangular region ABCD is 3 times the area of rectangular region ABPQ.
(2) The perimeter of rectangle ABCD is 54.

First A is at the lower left corner, then B,C,D clockwise so PQ is dropped to AD not CD or i do not understand the question.
So Sabcd=3Sabpq they have one side in common ,AB, and the other side of ABPQ or PQ is 1/3 of the other side of ABCD or BC.St 1 is insufficient. Statement 2) means that a+b=27 which doesn't help much. Think it is E)
