I am in a predicament. Because of a change in the funding of my personal finances (lost a line of support from family), I can no longer afford to attend without taking a loan. Unfortunately, I only recently filed a FAFSA and am awaiting word from the school.

In short, accepted to Goizueta, but no scholarship, and short about \$130K over two years.

I see a number of things happening.
(1) I pay the deposit to secure my spot and see what Emory gives me in aid.
(2) I do not pay the deposit and reapply early round next year.

If I go with (1), there is a chance that Emory doesn't give me the aid I need and I end up short and lose out on \$1000.

If I go with (2), can I get blacklisted by Emory?

What should I do?

Re apply seem to be better because u can improve your essay, Gmat or profile to get a better deal with school

Why not call Emory and explain the situation to them? Find out what their advice is. That would be the best option I think.
