Given profit $$P = 1000(4x-x^2-2)$$

We need to find $$x$$ so that $$P =2000$$

$$2000 = 1000(4x-x^2-2)$$
$$2=(4x-x^2-2)$$
$$4=x(4-x)$$

Option B: $$X= 2$$ satisfies the equation.
