A. than

B. than born

C. than they were

I am guessing B. C is not clear whether it is women or babies.

more X than Y. A to after born would have been ideal but oh well.

I'll wait for the OA and OE

What is OA?

Tricky! I'd go with A, "to women over the age of thirty than (to women) under it." OA?
