Hi

I just received an admit call with 30k scholarship. I would like to know if anyone has any idea beyond the basic rankings as to how the college fares with respect to the industry perception of the college, which may be called placements or the candidate's worth as compared to other top schools when it comes to fighting it out in the industry.

I am also looking at the average total (after deduction of scholarship) cost of $120,000 which is significant. Is negotiation on that front possible? I am considering whether 120k and 2 years will give me the returns and what are the kind of opportunities available to a typical Olin Babson graduate.

I am in a dilemma, because I could use the same money to start a business right away. Babson should give me a significant advantage in two years which would override my benefits if I start a business right away with similar seed capital.

I also would like to understand how an Indian fares in the job market in the US market, and the kind of placements Babson has for students, nationally and internationally.
