Yesterday I posted that got 560 in the first ever te st from the book Kaplan 2005(paper test at the end of the book). I started preparing since 2 weeks and am now trying to work the OG and Kaplan 800. Is that a good start?

I am planning to take PR test next week....Is that advisable or should I wait till some more time?

Is that true that Kaplan test is a bit tougher than the actual test?

What should be the frequency for taking tests?

gmat2me2,

do you know what your weak areas are based on your practice test? you should spend some time evaluating your weakeness. for example, if you are not getting SC problems correct, try working through a grammar work book.

i am doing the following:

1. read grammar smart and work through official guide ~ 3 weeks
2. do kaplan 800 while taking practice tests at once per week ~ 5 weeks
