Simple present infinitive is necessary. Sentence is fine as it is.

E is wordy. "Capability .. " is not required.

Actually, I am not so much happy with A either. The relative clause should come just after the noun that is modified.

However, in E "..and it could eventually have the capability.." could and capability is redundant.
