Will go for 'C' .

I believe 'individuals of' is more appropriate then 'individuals from'
Those - plural form fits well for 'variations'

Another C

Going with the same logic, "those" and "of" are correctly used.

I go for D. I think the proper terminology is "between" rather than among when comparing two groups rather than the people within those groups.

D is better than E as E specifies that "than is that" for the plural of variations.

In 'E' - 'greater by far' is wordy. 'than is that between' missing subject, 'is' stands for which subject and why is it singular??

Moreover it is not between 2 groups but between 2 different set of informations.

That is what I think.

Sorry - I meant D.

Again in 'D' - that is not introducing a relative clause.. but a mere pronoun for the noun 'variations'.
As 'variations' is in plural form 'that' should be 'those'.

Again, not sure though lets wait for the OA

Which are these two groups? I can only seen the comparison between many species (more than 2) and many individuals ( more than 2)... so I like among in this situation. However, I dont completely negate your logic and would like to understand it in detail.

Get C. First split: among vs between. Among is correct here b/c more than two species.

Second split: as vs than. Def than.

Third split: that vs those. We are talking about variations here so we need the plural those.

I too thought about using between because we think of comparisons as being between 2 things. But in the first sentence, we read that the statement pertains to "all animals". So among is required here.
