(A) Aho, a Kiowa matriarch, held festivals in her home, they featured - "they featured" should modify festivals but instead seems to modify home
(B) Festivals were held in Aho, a Kiowa matriarch’s home, which featured - "which" seems to modify home. but home is not the one that featured great quantities of food ...blah blah...
(C) Aho, who was a Kiowa matriarch in her home, held festivals featuring - the phrase highlighted in red conveys wrong meaning that Aho was a Kiowa matriarch when she was in her home. This is wrong
(D) In her home, Aho, a Kiowa matriarch, held festivals that featured - This correct. In her home....is right followed by Aho....because it is in Aho's home that festivals were held.
(E) Aho, a Kiowa matriarch, held festivals in her home that featured - "that wrongly modifies home, while it should be modifying the festivals"

whats the OA?

whats the OA?

C is also wrong as it no longer says that the festivals were held in her home, which changes the meaning.

Yep, its D.

A noun being modified needs to touch the modifier. "that featured...." modifies "festivals".
(this is not true for verb modifers which can be placed more flexibily)
