This can be split up into 3 rectangles with vertices
1 - (2,7) (4,7) (4,3) (2,3) -Area of rectangle = 4*2=8
2nd-(4,5)(7,5)(7,3)(4,3) - Area of rectangle = 3*2 = 6
3rd - (6,3)(7,3)(7,0)(6,0) _Area of rectangle = 1*3=3

Total area = 8+6+3 = 17
