B and E have wrong idiom...Correct idiom is depict as..D too uses the correct idiom incorrectly ....So its between A and C.....A has modifier error....So IMO correct ans is C..............

I think there are coupe of flaws in C.

One, its passive and second, it changes meaning...

I don't find any error in A.
