C for me.
E is wrong because "each" needs a verb in singular. The same for D. A is ungrammatical IMO. B is not concise. I prefer C.

The OA is E.

Duttshit, why does "three major networks each + <plural verb form>." Doesn't each signifiy singular? Please explain.

The subject is "three major networks". I guess "each" plays no role but as an adverb.

Then what is wrong with A. if each doesn't play a role then A should also be plural and correc.

IMO C is the answer.
