A) is incorrect because from the information in the passage the stimulus of the brain isn't the onl purpose of the short passage

B) is wrong: is not relevant

C) is wrong: all body have benefits, not only brain

D) is wrong: is true, but concentration increase more with excercises but also by sleep, Omega 3 and so on........not only by fitness although is one of the better way

(D) people can greatly improve their powers of concentration by exercising more often.

it never says you can 'only' improve it by exercising.

the answer is E. the problem with "Inference Qs" is that we tend to make assumption rather than infer the information.

It is easy to handle this Cr if you consider this way
(A) the greater the amount of oxygen the brain receives, the better the brain functions.( this is wrong.this states that the improvement is limitless.this establishes a direct proportionality relation which is not correct)
(B) exercise is a mental, as well as physical, activity.(we know only the outcome of exercise)
(C) exercise helps the brain more than it does the rest of the body.( we dont know)
(D) people can greatly improve their powers of concentration by exercising more often.( greatly means more than 50%.We dont know)
(E) exercise serves more than one purpose( Balanced statement)
