E sounds correct.

A, C and D has "..being.." which is incorrect.
And so choice is between B and E.

following the discussed rules of members here, I stayed away from "BEING" as far as I could and thankfully arrived to the correct answer

ps still don't know why one should avoid it, except read in MGMAT SC that "Being" should be avoided if possible... no reasons... just a statement in the book

Being should be the last thing to be used in GMAT.
