No, its just that initially plan was only to apply to canadian schools, but now ive been suggested I apply to maybe a couple good schools in the US because I have a decent gmat score.. but I barely have time to appear for toefl etc let alone prepare for it because of work..
But anyways I have decided to fix a date first week of December.. then i guess ill get the score back and can finish my application just in time for the second round deadline..
