If 1/5 are grass, then 4/5 are something else. Of those, 3/4 are asphalt, so (3/4)(4/5) = 3/5 = 60% are asphalt.

It would also be fine to invent a number of courts here, since it's a pure ratio problem. You could imagine starting with 100 courts. Then 20 are grass, and we have 80 left. Of those, 3/4 are asphalt, so 60 are asphalt, for 60% of the total.
