Total umber of members = 1260
Number of members that cast votes = 525
Number of votes for winning candidate = (60/100)*525 = 315

Percent of total membership that voted for winning candidate = (315/1260)*100 = 25%

No of voters who cast votes in the election is 3/5 of 525 = 315
% of voters who voted for the winning candidate is (315/1260 )100 = 25%

Note : 60% = 3/5
