$$b=?$$

1)b+5n=390
not sufficient
n=1 b=385 and so on...

2)
$$\frac{(b+2n)}{3}=\frac{7}{9}b$$

$$6n=4b$$

$$b=\frac{3}{2}n$$

not sufficient

1+2)
$$b+5n=390$$
$$b=\frac{3}{2}n$$

$$b=90, n=60$$
sufficient, C
